Studies in Peptide Clinical Evidence Journal
The titles identify quite different jobs: observing a blood marker, changing a scan or counting a serious event.
Dialysis, retinopathy and pulse
The MOTS-c dialysis cohort is the journal’s starting point. Its prospective design followed people over time while measuring the peptide already present in blood. It provides a clinical association and a risk-prediction finding.
The semaglutide safety review places the eye concern beside the digestive and rarer safety questions. For counted clinical outcomes, the SELECT cardiovascular trial and FLOW kidney trial are the essential companions.
The retatrutide lipid and metabolite analysis examines blood measurements from phase 2 trials. The tesamorelin hormonal study in healthy men is brief and mechanistic, while the longer tesamorelin program follows the fat result through continuation and withdrawal. I trust the combined account more than a summary about lasting benefit.
Source catalogue
The citations below include primary trials, laboratory experiments, an observational cohort, reviews and a drug-safety monograph. A review brings studies together; it does not add a new treatment comparison of its own.
The lab report index reconnects the sources to their questions. A disputed interpretation can go to editorial correspondence.
